Sapphire carry out a full Periodic Inspection and Test Report, ensuring all our customers get the assurance that their electrical installations are maintained in a safe condition.

Fixed Installation Testing reports should detail the total equipment of an electrical fixed wiring system and the inspection and test results obtained at the time of completion.

The inspection and tests completed should be in accordance with the guidelines laid down within the Institution of Electrical Engineers Wiring Regulations BS7671:2001 (as amended) and any other relevant regulations, and the recording of these results will assist with complying with regulations 4.2 of the Statutory Regulations "Electricity at Work Regulations 1989".

The memorandum of guidance for these regulations states that "Records of Maintenance", including test results, preferably kept throughout the working life of an electrical system will enable the condition of the equipment and the effectiveness of maintenance policies to be monitored".
